Why in the world would Falcon 
Direct choose a small Georgia company as our supplier partner
for digital video/audio products?

                                                                          

Hi!  My name is Burch Falkner.  I am the founder and CEO of the Falcon Direct.  My job, among other things is to plot our course and direction for the future.  This involves choosing those supplier partners whose goals are similar to our own.  

The decision making process involves not only the technology and market acceptance, but the character and management style of the company.  In an ideal situation, we prefer to work with American manufacturers whenever possible.  While we do not avoid large publicly owned corporations, we have to admit that we are more comfortable with the innovation, flexibility, and the personal relationships that can be developed in working with smaller privately held companies.

We found such a supplier partner with Eagleye LLC and in particular the founding principals, Bob and Robert Watson who have a strong business background coupled with a strong entrepreneurial drive and a Can-Do attitude.  They listen to their customers.  The latest product is the result of notes taken on a scrap of paper during a recent brainstorming session at our office in Birmingham.   They didn't have to do market research, get approval from upper management, find the operating capital, or ask for advice from others.  They just did it!  That's just one of the reasons we like Eagleye!

There are a lot of suppliers for in-vehicle video systems (we call them bus-cams) including Decatur Electronics, Kustom Signals, Motorola, Panasonic and Seon among a host of smaller companies, but none of them suit our needs (and hopefully yours), better than than Eagleye.

There are a number of reasons why we like Eagleye.  Notably, this is the company that has driven the technology from VHS to digital while simultaneously driving the cost down to affordable levels.  We like the fact that Eagleye takes care of it's customers and establishes the lead rather than following competitors, and we like the way they do business.

For example, Eagleye allows us to work with other Eagleye partners across the USA.  Our primary area of responsibility is in Alabama and Mississippi.  Many of our customers are located elsewhere.  Although the products are easy to install and maintain, a prospective user in Florida may want to deal with a local representative.  When working with Eagleye, we can make referrals to other partners and work together to be sure our customers are properly served.  This only works when the manufacturer supports such a program.  We work together to serve our customers, not just ourselves.  I like that - I think you will too!
